Servicing the instruments we sell with an assortment of service programs.
Instrumentation Associates offers an experienced staff of factory trained service technicians - each with an average of seven years experience. IA makes this expertise available to clients through several programs. These include service and calibration contracts to meet the individual needs of our clients through any of the following.

  • on-call calibration and repair service
  • annual, semi-annual, or quarterly calibration contracts
  • extended warranties
  • custom-designed service contracts

Rapid Response Service
In the event of a service problem. IA provides quick response to requests. In most cases, we can have a qualified technician on site within 24 hours after notification. In addition, we make every effort to perform calibration and repair services on the premises - without the inconvenience of equipment removal. Loaner instruments are also available, when required.

IA Offers a Choice of Three Plans.
IA offers three programs from which to select for calibration or repair service. In addition, clients may choose to develop a CUSTOM PROGRAM to meet very specific needs.

All technicians are equipped with state of the art instrumention to insure accurate calibration and repair.

1.Repair and Calibration

  • Available to all customers
  • Provides technical and operational support from your local office
  • Help with troubleshooting over the phone to save you unnecessary service calls
  • Calibration and service as needed at fair prices

2.Calibration Contracts

  • Available to customers with two or more instruments
  • Prepaid calibration visits at a discounted price
  • A predetermined value of parts included for free
  • Emergency service visits with no travel charges, and a flat rate for labor to save you money
  • Loaner equipment at no charge, if available

3.Extended Warranty

  • Available to customers with equipment that is still in production
  • Prepaid repair and calibration services
  • Covers one calibration visit per year
  • Covers all parts, labor, and travel
  • Technician on site within 24 hours of reported failure
  • Loaner equipment at no charge if your equipment cannot be repaired
