programs.
Instrumentation Associates offers an experienced staff of factory trained
service technicians - each with an average of seven years experience.
IA makes this expertise available to clients through several programs.
These include service and calibration contracts to meet the individual
needs of our clients through any of the following.
- on-call calibration and repair service
- annual, semi-annual, or quarterly calibration contracts
- extended warranties
- custom-designed service contracts
Rapid Response Service
In the event of a service problem. IA provides quick response to requests.
In most cases, we can have a qualified technician on site within 24
hours after notification. In addition, we make every effort to perform
calibration and repair services on the premises - without the inconvenience
of equipment removal. Loaner instruments are also available, when required.
