JOHN T. CIARROCHI - President, Owner
John has been the owner of Instrumentation Associates for more than twenty years. He was originally hired as a salesman in 1975. John is active in the industry as a founder, past president and former committee chair of the National Association of Special Instrument Distributors, NASED.

COLLEEN WHALEN
Colleen had spent 7 years in upstate New York running the Syracuse office. She has spent the last several years here at the corporate office in the Philadelphia area. Colleen is able to help you assess your specific personal needs. There is lots of new technology available in OAE's, Evoked Potentials and VNG.

JIM HEDRICK - Service Manager
Jim has been with IA for more than 15 years. Jim has managed our service department of eight technicians for the last 10 years. Jim's million-dollar department is responsible for the calibration, maintenance and installation of audiometric equipment throughout our marketing area.
